Hess also worked at CNBC as a reporter, where she primarily covered careers and education.
Before CNBC, Hess worked as a research analyst at Third Bridge Group and interned at Amazon. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in media arts and sciences and political science from Wellesley College.
