The Guardian has appointed Hibaq Farah to serve as a U.K. technology reporter. In her new role, she will cover artificial intelligence, big tech, social media platforms and things related to the internet.
Farah joined The Guardian in July 2019 as an editorial intern. Later on, she joined the staff full-time and held the posts of journalist and reporter.
Farah has degrees from SOAS University of London and City University of London.
