Executive editor Lichtenberg departs Fortune

Nick Lichtenberg, the executive editor of digital content at Fortune, is leaving.

He has been at the publication for nearly two and a half years. Lichtenberg previously was deputy editor of economy coverage at Business Insider. Previously, he was senior editor, economy.

Lichtenberg has served as a senior editor at Business Insider and was a breaking news editor at Bloomberg. He was also deputy managing editor, U.S. Credit at Reorg Research.

He also served as global head content editor of equities at Mergermarket and was a content editor at the Financial Times. He also held editorial posts at ALM and Vault.com.

Lichtenberg graduated from Syracuse University.
