Energy reporter Nick Sobczyk is leaving Axios for a new opportunity.
He has been covering energy and climate for the news organization since January 2023.
Previously, he was a climate beat reporter at E&E News focused on Capitol Hill. Sobczyk joined E&E News in 2017 as a defense beat reporting fellow. Before that, he served ad an intern.
Sobczyk has a bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y.
