E&E News has hired Andres Picon to cover energy policy in Congress.
Picon has been a Politico fellow reporting on energy and environment policy for E&E News.
He came to Politico from the San Francisco Chronicle, where he was a general assignment reporter. Previously, he covered education at the San Antonio Express-News and was a reporter and researcher at the Boston Globe.
Picon has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Boston University.
