The Wall Street Journal has hired Chelsey Dulaney as a markets reporter in London.
She has been a freelancer for Deutsche Welle in Berlin for the past three years and before that spent a year in Bergman as a Fulbright Fellow.
Dulaney previously worked at The Journal on the currencies beat and as part of the Moneybeat group, where she provided instant analysis of what’s driving markets.
She started at the Journal as an intern in the real-estate group in 2014, after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in business journalism.
