
Dow Jones & Co., the parent of The Wall Street Journal and Barron’s, has hired Clarissa Matthews as vice president of publishing tools and consumer bundle.
In recent years, Dow Jones has added subscriptions to products such as MarketWatch.com and begun selling bundled subscriptions.
Matthews previously was executive director of product at The New York Times, leading a multi-group portfolio for the flagship Times website and apps, defining and executing long-term platform strategies.
She also worked at Politico as executive director of product and at The Atlantic as director of product management and planning.
Matthews is a graduate of Swarthmore College.
