Andrew Martonik, the editor in chief of Digital Trends, has left for a new opportunity.
He took on the editor in chief role in July 2021 following several months leading DT’s mobile section.
“In just a few short years we doubled DT’s traffic, established ourselves as industry leaders in several verticals, and even reached a #1 ranking on ComScore. We managed to flourish at a time well understood to be brutal for the publishing industry,” he wrote on Twitter.
Martonik was previously executive editor of Mobile Nations.
He is a graduate of Western Washington University.
