The Australian Financial Review has hired Mark Di Stefano as a correspondent to cover the media and technology beat.
Currently, Di Stefano is a reporter covering Europe and Amazon at The Information.
He begins his new role next month.
Prior to joining The Information, Di Stefano was a media and tech reporter at the Financial Times. At BuzzFeed News, he worked as a political editor and then as a media and politics correspondent.
He was a radio reporter and broadcast journalist at Australian Broadcasting Corp.
Di Stefano has a B.A. in journalism from the University of Sydney.
