Analisa Romano, a senior reporter at the Denver Business Journal, has left the American City Business Journals publication and is now freelancing.
Romano covered the airport and airlines, economic development, money, health care and other professional services. She joined the Denver Business Journal in 2022. Prior to joining the DBJ, Romano worked as a local government reporter for the Greeley Tribune and has worked in communications jobs for Denver Public Schools and rural districts in northeast Colorado.
During her time at the Tribune, Romano won first-place awards from the Colorado Press Association and Colorado Associated Press Editors and Reporters for reporting on business and government issues. She spent two years teaching English as a foreign language to native Spanish speakers in Colombia and Spain.
