The Denver Business Journal has hired Jessica Gibbs to cover the nexus of government and business and other critical topics.
Managing editor Chris Rourke writes, “Gibbs has a background in covering the Denver metro area and is passionate about storytelling and reporting.
“Most recently Gibbs reported for the daily digital newspaper, the Denver Gazette, where she covered the city of Aurora, then the business beat.
“Her reporting skills were further honed working in community journalism, covering Douglas County and the town of Castle Rock for Colorado Community Media. During that time she covered the Douglas County School District and its board of education.”
