Albuquerque Business First publisher Keith Dennis has been named publisher of the Denver Business Journal.

Kourtney Geers writes, “Dennis succeeds Kevin Pitts, who recently announced his retirement from the DBJ, which he has led since October 2018. Pitts will retire at the end of the year and Dennis will take the helm on Jan. 1.

“‘Keith’s energy, leadership style, and forward-looking approach to business and community will be a great addition to Denver’s business community,’ said Mike Olivieri, executive vice president and president of local markets for American City Business Journals, DBJ and Albuquerque Business First’s parent company.

“A graduate of Baylor University, Dennis grew up in Houston and joined ACBJ as an audience development account executive at the Austin Business Journal starting in 2010. He was promoted in 2015 to become director of audience development for the Austin Business Journal, Houston Business Journal and San Antonio Business Journal.”
