Bloomberg News Federal Reserve team leader Kate Davidson sent out the following on Monday:

Colleagues,
We are pleased to share that Enda Curran will be taking on a new role covering the Federal Reserve in Washington.
Enda joined the DC bureau as a senior reporter in 2023, covering the major themes and trends driving both the US and global economy and playing a key role in our coverage of economic policy issues during the 2024 presidential election. This year, Enda has focused on the impact of the Trump administration’s sweeping tariffs, fiscal policy changes and immigration restrictions.
Enda joined Bloomberg News in 2015 in Hong Kong, where he became the go-to writer on every aspect of the Asian economy and a regular presence on BTV. He also worked previously at The Wall Street Journal in London, Sydney and Hong Kong.
In his new role, Enda will cover the Fed’s Board of Governors alongside Amara Omeokwe, and will continue working with the rest of the Fed and US Economy teams writing enterprise stories on how policy changes in Washington are affecting Main Street, Wall Street and the rest of the world.
Please join us in congratulating him.
