Crain’s Detroit Business has hired Matt Pollock to be an audience engagement editor.
He starts on Monday.
Pollock is currently a news editor at the Lansing State Journal in Michigan. He previously spent seven and a half years at Chicago Magazine as a senior editor and associate editor for digital, and as an assistant editor and contributing music critic.
He also worked at Mic as a freelance music writer.
Pollock is a University of Michigan graduate.
