Real estate news service CoStar Group has hired David Holtzman to cover residential real estate in the Richmond, Virginia, area.
He previously was at Law 360 for 20 months as a general assignment reporter.
Holtzman also worked as a reporter for the Central Virginian, and he was a land use field officer for the Piedmont Environmental Council. Holtzman also as a planner for Louisa County.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Colby College and a master’s degree from Tufts University.
