Chris Condon has been tapped to be the Federal Reserve team lead overseeing coverage of the U.S. central bank for Bloomberg News.
He was formerly a U.S. Treasury and economic policy reporter.
Condon has covered the Fed, Treasury Department, U.S. economic policy and the real economy as a reporter and editor in Washington for the past decade.
Before coming to Washington, Condonspent seven years on the investing team covering the funds industry from Boston. He joined Bloomberg in 2007 from the Financial Times, where he covered Hungary, Romania and Slovenia.
He was also previously a BusinessWeek correspondent covering Hungary and the Balkans.
