Conan departs Argus for Upstream in London

Rebecca Conan has left Argus Media and joined Upstream as its European energy correspondent based in London.

She has been in Mexico City for Argus covering upstream oil and gas, midstream gas and LNG, power, renewables, refined fuels, energy transition, ESG concerns, energy-related bonds and equities, climate change policy and regulation.

Conan previously worked for Business News Americas covering infrastructure and the environment.

She is a graduate of Durham University.

Hussman Sr. Distinguished Professor in business journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a former business journalist for Bloomberg News, Businessweek, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Tampa Tribune and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. He is the author of the leading business reporting textbook "Show me the Money: Writing Business and Economics Stories for Mass Communication" and "Thinking Things Over," a biography of former Wall Street Journal editor Vermont Royster.
