CNN has hired Alberto Riva as senior money editor.
He will be in charge of money coverage, including travel, credit cards and points and miles, at CNN Underscored.
Riva most recently was an editor at Upgraded Points. He also worked at Forbes Marketplace International as editor in chief and The Points Guy as managing editor.
Before that, he was a managing editor at Vice and senior world news editor at the International Business Times. Riva was also a producer for Bloomberg Radio’s “The First Word.”
