Eisen works from the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange.
She worked as an intern for Bloomberg Television in Hong Kong, which lead to a job as a production assistant at the beginning of the financial crisis in 2008.
“I was able to help and contribute to the coverage because the dollar was going crazy,” said Eisen. While in college at New York University, she turned down an internship on The Howard Stern Show for an internship on the ForexTV, which led to her knowledge of foreign exchange markets.
“Foreign exchange, and I still think this, is the most important market,” she said. “Everything that influences other markets and our lives in the world plays out in the foreign exchange market.”
She added, “To this day, having that knowledge is useful.”
