CNBC has disclosed its new logo that marks an important milestone in its evolution as it prepare to become part of the Versant Media Group portfolio in 2026.
The updated logo was first shared at Versant Investor Day earlier Thursday and will go live across CNBC platforms on Saturday, Dec. 13.
A spokeswoman said that the new logo introduces a cleaner, more modern look that simplifies the design while keeping CNBC’s identity familiar and timeless.
Comcast expects spin off Versant to its shareholders in January 2026. It will consist of most of the U.S. cable networks previously owned by NBCUniversal—including USA Network, MS NOW, CNBC, Golf Channel, E!, Syfy and Oxygen.
