CJF-CBC Indigenous Journalism Fellowships 2023 now accepting applications

Applications are now open for the 2023 CJF-CBC Indigenous Journalism Fellowships, offered to two indigenous journalists with experience ranging from one to ten years.

The selected candidates will have the chance to explore an issue of interest while being hosted for one month at the CBC News Indigenous Unit in Winnipeg. They will also receive a training stipend of $4000.

Any written or produced article/piece or series by the candidates at the end of their fellowship will be considered for publication or broadcast by CBC News.

DEADLINE: Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. on January 20, 2023.
