Cheddar has hired Lisa Bennatan from Fox News, where she was an associate producer/writer, to be an on-air reporter.
Previously, Bennatan was a video journalist at The Daily Caller, which she joined in 2020 as a fellow. She was also an on-air host at Bleav Podcast Network.
Earlier, she interned at CNN, NBCUniversal Media, Fidelity Investments and CBS Radio.
She was also a news anchor at Centre County Report and has reported for the Centre County Gazette.
Bennatan holds a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism, political science and Spanish from Penn State University and a LLM from Georgetown University Law Center.
