Julia Chatterley‘s business news show is returning to CNN International after being on hiatus since September.
“First Move with Julia Chatterley” will start Jan. 29 at 6 p.m. Hong Kong time.
Presented from CNN’s headquarters in New York, “First Move” will cover news, finance, business, technology, AI, art, travel, fashion, sports and entertainment. It will also continue to explore science, cutting-edge technologies and innovations.
“Our vision for this major evolution of “First Move” is about providing a bridge from the West to the East,” said Chatterley in a statement. “We’ll be using CNN’s global reach and our position in the world’s premier business and financial center to bring the biggest stories, the highest profile guests and the freshest content into an engaging, informative and entertaining package. We cannot wait to get started.”
Chatterley joined CNN from Bloomberg, where she hosted the daily “Bloomberg Markets” and “What’d You Miss?” shows, covering global politics, business and breaking news, as well as hosting discussion panels and live events. She also worked at CNBC.
“First Move” started in September 2018 and aired from the New York Stock Exchange floor.
