Chang departing Bloomberg Technology show

Emily Chang

Bloomberg TV anchor Emily Chang will be departing the daily program Bloomberg Technology next Thursday, Nov. 10, reports A.J. Katz of TV Newser.

Katz writes, “Ed Ludlow in San Francisco and Caroline Hyde in New York will co-host the show beginning the following day.

“The San Francisco-based Chang, who has fronted the channel’s flagship daily technology program since 2010, is starting a new venture developing original video programming and telling stories at the intersection of tech, business and culture.

“Chang and her team will also focus on re-imagining her other show, Bloomberg Studio 1.0, as a weekly program, in which she will travel to meet the CEOs, entrepreneurs and influencers making an impact on society. Combining sit-down interviews and field segments, Chang will tell in-depth stories about the top issues of the day, from the impact of video-sharing sites like TikTok to the hype around crypto.”
