BuzzFeed News has hired Mark Yarm to serve as its technology editor.
Recently, Yarm was a features editor at Input Magazine. He also produced Input/Output, a six-times-a-week podcast highlighting pieces from the site.
He worked freelance for the New Yorker, the New York Times, WSJ Magazine, Wired, Rolling Stone, Billboard, Time, Vulture, GQ.com, Bloomberg Businessweek online, The Guardian and CNN.com.
He was a senior editor and associate editor at Blender Magazine.
Yarm graduated from Brandeis University.
