Yeji Jesse Lee, a cannabis and psychedelics reporter at Business Insider, has taken on the role of health care reporter to cover the biotech industry, focusing on the neuroscience, mental health and psychedelics industries.
Previously, she was an editorial fellow and a contract reporter at The (Toronto) Globe and Mail’s Report on Business vertical, where she covered domestic economy, unemployment, and businesses.
She also worked as an editorial board intern at Newsday.
Lee holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto and a master’s degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
