Bursztynsky previously spent three-and-a-half years at CNBC. She joined as a breaking news desk intern and then served as associate reporter.
She held reporter and editorial roles at The Daily Illini, University of Illinois’ student paper. She interned at The News-Gazette and worked freelance.
Bursztynsky graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in news-editorial journalism.
