Bureau of Investigative Journalism appoints Jackson its tech editor

Jasper Jackson

The Bureau of Investigative Journalism in London has hired Jasper Jackson as a technology editor, helming its Big Tech project.

Recently, Jackson was a freelance media columnist at The New Statesman. Before that, he served as a digital editor. He was also a special projects editor at First Draft in London and has worked as an assistant media editor at Guardian News and Media.

He has also worked at Briefing Media Ltd. in London as a journalist, editor and chief analyst.

Jackson has a M.A. in investigative journalism from City University of London.
