Brady departs Industry Dive

Michael Brady

Michael Brady has left Industry Dive and is now freelancing.

He most recently was senior editor for automotive, reporting on how electric and autonomous vehicles, software, new business models, and policy and regulation are changing the automotive industry.

Brady also wrote daily news and enterprise stories and create and manage newsletters, and update the website.

He also served as senior editor at Smart Cities Dive. Before that, he worked as a reporter and editor at Modern Healthcare, where he covered healthcare policy and launched Digital Health Business & Technology, a news site owned and operated by Modern Healthcare.

Brady has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and a master’s degree from George Mason University.

Chris Roush

Chris Roush was the dean of the School of Communications at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. He was previously Walter E. Hussman Sr. Distinguished Professor in business journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a former business journalist for Bloomberg News, Businessweek, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Tampa Tribune and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. He is the author of the leading business reporting textbook "Show me the Money: Writing Business and Economics Stories for Mass Communication" and "Thinking Things Over," a biography of former Wall Street Journal editor Vermont Royster.
