Bloomberg News reporter Erik Larson is moving to its Los Angeles bureau after more than a decade in New York, and his legal affairs beat is changing.
Larson will be focusing on the West and California in particular. He’ll continue covering Trump administration litigation (but in California courts) as well as Western state attorney general enforcement.
He’ll also be starting to cover more legal matters involving private credit, as that legal situation evolves. Entertainment and sports litigation is also going to be on his radar for the first time.
Larson has been with Bloomberg for nearly 20 years and has primarily covered legal news during that time. He is a University of Oregon graduate.
