Bloomberg Industry’s Harrington takes on new role

Jeff Harrington, team lead of news at Bloomberg Industry Group, writes on LinkedIn:

“Happy to share that I’m moving into a new position within Bloomberg Tax/Bloomberg Law, leading a newly created news team that encompasses ESG, Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting/Disclosure and Crypto. I’ve so thoroughly enjoyed working with the wonderful and talented State Tax news team, glad to continue working with our top-notch Financial Accounting news crew… and thrilled about what lies ahead.”

Previously, Harrington was at the Tampa Bay Times as a business editor, deputy politics and government editor, deputy business editor and business reporter. He previously served as a business and metro reporter at Cincinnati Enquirer.

He also reported for The Toledo Blade and City News Bureau of Chicago.

Harrington graduated from the University of Notre Dame.
