Bloomberg News senior reporter Lizette Chapman has left the news organization and joined MVP Ventures as partner, founder narratives.
“I traded in my courtside seat for a MVP Ventures jersey because I want to be in the room,” she wrote. “I want to help founders, especially whipsmart technical ones, develop their stories.”
She has been at Bloomberg since 2015 covering tech startups and the venture capitalists who back them, with a focus on defense tech, industrial and national security.
Chapman previously worked at The Wall Street Journal for five years covering the intersection of venture capital and innovation. She also freelanced for Fast Company.
Chapman spent six years at the San Francisco Business Times.
