Bloomberg News has named Alex Wickham as its U.K. political editor.
He has been its senior government reporter based in London and has been at Bloomberg the last two years.
He previously worked at Politico. Wickham was the editor of Politico’s London Playbook newsletter looking at what’s driving the day in Westminster. Prior to this, he was political editor at BuzzFeed UK where he covered Brexit and the 2019 general election.
Wickham is from London and has a degree in politics and international relations from the University of Bath.
