Bloomberg taps Sanchez to cover the energy industry

Emma Sanchez has been tapped by Bloomberg News to cover the energy industry out of its Houston bureau.

She will cover the world’s largest oilfield servicers, drillers and equipment makers.

Sanchez has been in Bloomberg’s rotation program for the past year, covering beats such as credit and Chile.

She interned for Bloomberg, NBC News and NBC Washington.

Sanchez is a graduate of Boston University.
