Bloomberg taps Hunter as commodities trading reporter

Archie Hunter

Archie Hunter is now covering commodities traders and the business of commodities trading in Europe for Bloomberg. He will be reporting on agriculture, metals and energy.

Previously, he served as an agricultural reporter focusing on coffee, sugar and cocoa. He was also European base metals editor at Fastmarkets.

He also served as a global copper editor at Media Bulletin, as part of the Euromoney buyout of FastMarkets. Before that, he has worked as a physicals reporter and deputy head of physicals markets reporting.

He was also a reporter at Live Rice Index, a commodities report focusing on the international rice markets. Hunter has also worked at the Financial Times and dealReporter.

Hunter is a University of Sheffield graduate.
