Bloomberg taps Hou to serve as China aviation reporter

Ocean Hou

Ocean Hou, who was working on China breaking news and news curation, has been appointed China aviation reporter at Bloomberg News.

Previously, Hou was at The Wall Street Journal, where she worked for more than seven years. There, she held the posts of translator, slot editor and translator and translation editor. She has also worked in China as a reporter for CAI Business Indepth and as an energy reporter Interfax China.

She covered the energy industry in China for both outlets.

Hou has a B.A. in international journalism from Communication University of China.
