Bloomberg News saw strong unique visitor growth to its website in October, passing Fox Business to become the No. 7 business news website, according to data from ComScore.
Bloomberg reports a 28 percent gain in unique visitors to 24.8 million in October. While Fox Business grew 8 percent in unique visitors to 22.1 million, it fell to No. 8.
Yahoo Finance remains the No. 1 business news website. It had nearly 98 million unique visitors in October, down about 1 percent from September. Forbes remained No. 1 with 66.5 million unique visitors, up 2 percent.
Among the top 10, Dow Jones properties, which include The Wall Street Journal, MarketWatch.com and Barron’s, had the biggest decrease, falling 3 percent to nearly 48 million unique visitors. It remained No. 3.
Fortune magazine also reported strong growth in the month, with a 19 percent increase in unique visitors to 19.2 million. It is the No. 10 business news website.
