Bloomberg News hires Furlong to cover health care

Bloomberg News has hired Ashleigh Furlong as a health care reporter.

She previously covered the same beat at Politico.

Previously, Furlong was a reporter at Research in London, research and funding news for the academic research community. She also worked as a journalist at online news agency GroundUp news, which provides news on social justice and human rights stories.

Furlong has a B.A. from the University of Cape Town.
