Charles Capel has been named European capital markets editor at Bloomberg News.
He will be coordinating coverage around European IPOs, follow-ons and secondary offerings.
Capel previously was a team leader in London, overseeing a team of eight financial journalists providing real-time market moving news updates. He also worked at The National and The Sunday Times.
Capel is a graduate of Durham University.
