Kaustuv Basu, a senior congressional reporter covering the intersection of tax policy and politics at Bloomberg Industry Group, has switched beats and is now an enterprise reporter.
Prior to joining Bloomberg Industry, Basu was a congressional reporter at Tax Notes. He was a state house reporter at The Herald-Mail and reported for Inside Higher Ed and Florida Today as a public safety and general assignment reporter.
He also won state and national journalism awards.
Basu graduated from the University of Southern California.
