Bloomberg News has hired Zia Thompson to be audience engagement editor for its technology coverage.
She will start later this month.
Thompson has been an audience engagement editor at BuzzFeed News and director of social media and a content creator at Caged Bird Magazine.
She is a graduate of Howard University.
