Bloomberg News has hired Hyonhee Shin as a reporter in its Seoul bureau.
Shin previously worked for Reuters as a politics and general news correspondent in South Korea.
She also spent seven years at the Korea Herald covering business, national security and foreign affairs.
Shin is a graduate of Michigan State University.
