We’re excited to announce that Cheryl Brumley will be joining us as our new Head of Podcasts, leading the next phase of growth and innovation across our audio portfolio. In this role, Cheryl will set the editorial, creative, and strategic vision for our growing podcast slate, with a focus on developing programs and formats that resonate across all of our platforms.
Cheryl joins us from the Financial Times, where she served as Global Head of Audio, leading editorial strategy and expanding the FT’s audio portfolio with the launch of several award winning shows. Prior to the Financial Times, she was at The Economist, where she worked as executive producer of their flagship daily program ‘The Intelligence.’
Cheryl will work closely with the newsroom to expand our franchises, elevate storytelling, and grow our vodcast offerings. Reporting to Anthony Mancini and based in London, Cheryl will manage the global team of podcast hosts, producers, and editors.
Cheryl will start on July 27th. Please join us in welcoming her to the team.
