Bloomberg News has hired Aisha Counts as a reporter in San Francisco covering social media companies such as Twitter and Meta.
She will start next month.
Counts has been a reporter at tech news site Protocol covering enterprise software. She had been a fellow at the news organization.
Previously, she worked for Ernst & Young, where she researched and wrote about the future of work, emerging technologies and startups.
Counts was a researcher at the University of Texas-San Antonio and a growth marketer at GigNow. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.
