Bloomberg Government has hired Maeve Sheehey to cover agriculture and trade policy.
She starts on Monday.
Sheehey has been at Politico as a digital producer and as an intern. She also interned at Bloomberg News covering economic policy.
Sheehey graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in business journalism. While there, she was enterprise director at The Daily Tar Heel student newspaper.
