Liz Capo McCormick, chief correspondent of macro markets with Bloomberg News, is leaving the news organization after nearly 20 years.
“What an honor it has been to work for Bloomberg News over these past decades — that included several financial market and world crises — and with such a fine group of colleagues,” she wrote on LinkedIn.
McCormick has been with Bloomberg since January 2007 covering covering global fixed-income, foreign exchange and economics. She also worked for Bloomberg in 1993-1994 covering Mexico’s financial markets.
She holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Rutgers University.
