Barron’s editor in chief David Cho sent out the following:
All,
We are thrilled to announce Adam Clark is joining Barron’s as a reporter with the London team, writing trending news stories, and deeper analysis features. He is based in Spain.
Adam joins after five years with Dow Jones Newswires in Barcelona, where he was successively a reporter, an editor and Insight columnist. While there, he achieved the occasional Wall Street Journal byline, with a focus on the changing nature of the gig economy in Europe, and contributed to TalkRadio as a guest on Spanish affairs.
Before joining Dow Jones, he worked in London at Alliance News and before that as an English teacher in Chile, after leaving rural Essex (a county just outside London) in search of somewhere less flat.
Away from work, Adam is a suffering Aston Villa fan (soccer), an enthusiastic hiker and an inconsistent language learner.
