Bailey’s Atlanta-based post for WaPo, Reuters’ tech team add, Messenger departure

Holly Bailey (pictured) has a new Atlanta-based correspondent post with The Washington Post.  Max Cherney is joining the global Reuters tech team as Tech Correspondent in San Francisco. And in a possible sign that the upstart Messenger isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, Maggie Severns is leaving for the Allbritton Journalism Institute.
