Bagchee returning to CNBC to run international

Deep Bagchee

Deep Bagchee is returning to CNBC to run CNBC International.

He has been chief product officer at ITV since September 2021 and before that the chief product officer at The Economist.

Before that he was senior vice president of product and technology at CNBC in New York where he led a three-year digital transformation, growing both subscription services and video performance.

Bagchee also helped launch the Asia edition of CNBC.com as supervising digital editor.

He also was a producer for Bloomberg Television.

Chris Roush

Chris Roush was the dean of the School of Communications at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. He was previously Walter E. Hussman Sr. Distinguished Professor in business journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a former business journalist for Bloomberg News, Businessweek, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Tampa Tribune and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. He is the author of the leading business reporting textbook "Show me the Money: Writing Business and Economics Stories for Mass Communication" and "Thinking Things Over," a biography of former Wall Street Journal editor Vermont Royster.
