Axios has chosen Ben Berkowitz to be its next managing editor of business and markets.
Berkowitz will oversee all of Axios’ business and markets coverage and products, including newsletters such as Axios Pro Rata, Axios Macro, Axios Markets, Axios Closer and Axios Crypto.
“We are very excited to have Ben joining Axios to lead our business coverage,” said Axios executive editor Kate Marino. “He is an incredibly talented journalist with decades of experience that he’ll use to help us continue to deliver top-notch reporting about the business world.”
Berkowitz has been a business journalist for 25 years. His experience includes time at CNBC, Reuters, Fidelity Investments, AOL and the AP.
Currently based in New York City, Berkowitz attended the University of Southern California.
